Provider Message Archive
The provider directory search panel allows providers to perform searches against the public message archives through the public Web Portal. The archive displays only those messages with a category of provider alert. All other messages are restricted to the secure Web Portal and tied to the users web account through the Account >> Messages page.

The messages panels allow providers to view the search results and message details based on the search criteria entered on the provider message archive panel on the public Web Portal. clearThis button clears the search criteria fields.
searchThis button is used to initiate the search.
Effective DateDisplays the effective date of the message being displayed. (Read-Only)
KeywordDisplays the text or a keyword found in the message subject or body to search by.
MessageDisplays the body of the message being displayed. (Read-Only)
Provider TypeDisplays the type of provider the message was sent to.
RecordsDisplays the number of search results to display per page.
Sent DateDisplays the sent date of the message being displayed. (Read-Only)
SubjectDisplays the subject line of the message being displayed. (Read-Only)
TypeDisplays the provider types that the message being displayed was sent to. (Read-Only)
YearDisplays the year found in the message effective date to search by.
