| The enrollment tracking search panel provides applicants the ability to search for and view the status of their enrollment application(s). This search criteria is provided to the applicant upon successfully saving an enrollment application and a save was successful message appears, including a notation that the name and ATN should be kept for future reference.

| clear | This button clears the search criteria fields. |
| search | This button is used to initiate the search. |
| view application letters | This button is used to view the letters associated to this application. |
| ATN | Displays the application tracking number (ATN), which uniquely identifies a provider application. |
| Application Access Code | Displays the application access code. |
| Business OR Last Name | Displays the business or last name included on the enrollment application. |
| Provider ID | Displays the provider ID by which to search. Users may search by Georgia Medicaid ID, REF ID or NPI (National Provider Identifier). |
