The application letters panel allows providers and billing agents to search for application letters.
Navigation Path: [Provider Enrollment] - [Enrollment Application Status] - [view application letters button] or [HFRD] - [HFRD Application Status] - [view application letters button] |

| Field Descriptions: |
| clear | This button clears the search criteria fields. |
| search | This button is used to initiate the search. |
| ATN | Displays the application tracking number (ATN), which uniquely identifies a provider application. |
| Application Letter | Displays the available application letters. |
| LTN | Displays the license tracking number (LTN), which uniquely identifies a license application. |
