On Sunday, October 22, 2017, beginning at 12:01 a.m. EDT, DXC Technology will be performing an infrastructure upgrade to the Georgia Medicaid Management Information System (GAMMIS). We anticipate this planned outage will take 14 hours to perform. Normal operations should resume at 2:00 p.m. EDT on Sunday, October 22, 2017, unless otherwise notified.

All Georgia Medicaid systems will be unavailable during this maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience and ask that you plan accordingly.

Healthcare Facility Regulation Division

The Healthcare Facility Regulation Division (HFRD), a division of the Department of Community Health (DCH) and composed of the Office of Facility Licensure (OFL), licenses and regulates various acute/specialized care, personal care, and long term care facilities in Georgia. Facilities wanting to enroll, renew or make changes with HFRD can easily do so online from the HFRD Application page found within the HFRD menu. This online enrollment system also provides the option to upload electronic attachments against a submitted HFRD application as well as view a user friendly PDF of the submitted application.


To view the status of a submitted HFRD application, this is available on the HFRD Application Status page found within the HFRD menu.
