Provider Revalidation Deadline
The Department has identified providers who have not completed required revalidation in accordance with federal regulations. A list of these providers is available at: Provider Information > Reports for Public Access > Provider Revalidation Past Due.

Effective July 1, 2026, providers who have not revalidated will be suspended and unable to participate in Georgia Medicaid/PeachCare for Kids® programs, including Fee-for-Service, Georgia Families, and Georgia Families 360. Claims with dates of service on or after July 1, 2026, will not be paid.

Suspension will be lifted once revalidation is completed; however, the effective date will be the application submission date. Retroactive enrollment is not permitted. Providers who do not revalidate within 30 days of receiving a suspension notice will be terminated and provided with appeal rights.
Group Enrollment
Group Enrollment is now open!
  • Go to the Provider Enrollment Application under the Provider Enrollment menu option
  • Select the Group/Billing Application Type
  • Enter your group information, including affiliating your rendering providers
  • Enter your existing Payee Medicaid ID on the Payee panel
Claims may be denied if your group is not enrolled before the claim edit is enforced. Enforcement is projected to start on July 1, 2026.

Enrollment Wizard

Providers use this page to complete an enrollment application to become a participating provider in the Georgia Medicaid program. The application uses a wizard to guide applicants through the enrollment form, including the ability to upload supporting documentation. An in-progress application can be saved and completed at a later time.

Please reference the Part I, Policies and Procedures for Medicaid/PeachCare for Kids® manual, for general requirements that apply to all provider types when enrolling as a Georgia Medicaid provider. Applicants must meet all the provider requirements and qualifications and their practices must be fully operational before they can be enrolled as Medicaid providers.

 

Specific qualifications for each provider type are contained in chapter 600 of the program specific policy manual(s).
