Announcing the Georgia Medicaid Chatbot!
In our effort to implement innovations that will benefit the overall productivity and quality of our provider and member call center experience, we have implemented a Chatbot feature!

  • Where can I find it?
    • This feature is located at the bottom of the home page.
  • What are the benefits of the Chatbot?
    • This will make a positive impact to the provider/member community by reducing call volumes and wait times.

Highlights of the Chatbot include answers to questions like:
  • For providers
    • How do I reset my GAMMIS Password?
    • How do I change my address?
    • How do I update my owners NPI or SSN or Tax ID?
  • For members
    • How do I reset my GAMMIS password
    • How do I apply for Medicaid?
    • Where do I go to renew my Medicaid?

The following helpful hints are provided to improve the quality of search results for providers actively enrolled in Georgia Medicaid.

  • Narrow results by including more values under the Provider Information section.
  • If looking for a specific provider, enter the provider's name in the "Provider Business OR Last Name" field. If unsure of the spelling use the checkbox below the name and the search will find provider names that start with the same sounds as the value entered in the "Provider Business OR Last Name" field.
  • Enter all or part of the member's address and select the mile radius to ensure the search results are within the specific distance.
  • You may search for providers accommodating one or more special needs. Multiple selections can be made by holding the CTRL key and left-clicking on the desired values. (Macintosh users should hold the COMMAND key while choosing multiple values.)
